Long talks in the program are allocated 35 minutes, plus 10 minutes for questions. Short talks are allocated 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for questions. Speakers must keep to the time allocated for their talks, which will be strictly enforced by the session chairs.
Speakers should arrive at their session at least ten minutes early to introduce themselves to the session chair and to check that their laptop works with the equipment supplied.
There will be a beamer and a laptop. Presenters who do not intend to use their own laptop should bring their slides on a memory stick. They should check their slides on the PC available in the room well before the session in which their talk is scheduled.
Presenters that have any particular audio-visual needs, or other specific requirements for their talks, should email firstname.lastname@example.org before June 15th, 2019 to see whether their needs can be met.
Eduroam Wi-Fi roaming service is available for delegates in the conference room. If any participant needs another type of access please get in touch with us at email@example.com or at the registration desk.
Each short paper will be presented on short in their corresponding sessions and then they will be presented as posters in the Poster Session.
Posters should be A0 portrait in order to fit on the poster board. The organisers will provide a means to attach posters to the boards. Please note that we are unable to provide printing facilities. Therefore, poster presenters must bring a printed copy of their poster to the conference for display in the poster session. During the session, presenters are expected to attend their poster, so that they may explain and discuss their findings with delegates.
