The International Conference on Conceptual Structures (ICCS) firmly stands by Ukraine and strongly condemns the Russian government’s brutal aggression against the independent country in this ruthless violation of international law. We consider the Russian invasion an attack on the elementary values of freedom, democracy and self-determination, forming the indispensable basis of prosperous scientific work and collaboration. Ukraine and the Ukrainian people have our full solidarity and empathy. Likewise, our solidarity and deep respect go to our Russian colleagues who are courageously opposing this cruel war in an impressive way and in large numbers, including colleagues from the ICCS community.
Following currently established regulations, we will not allow on-site participation of ICCS by resident Russian or Belarusian citizens. We will, however, enable researchers from these countries to submit and review papers.
