ICCS 2022 is a hybrid conference, with both registration for onsite and online participation. Registration to the ICCS 2022 conference is mandatory for participation. We expect at least one author of each accepted paper to register and present their work. Please register before September 1, 2022.

Registration Fees
Modes of participation are:
- Onsite participation with or without a paper (200€)
- Virtual participation with a paper (100€)
- Virtual participation without a paper (20€)
Onsite registration includes the conference (of course) and social events (dinner, guided city tour) as well as a ticket for local public transportation for the duration of the conference, which we will email you before the beginning of the conference.
Virtual participation is via Zoom. Details will be sent out to all registered on the days before the conference.
Payment is done via credit card.
We will provide you with invoices in the days leading up to the conference.
A Guide through Registration
The registration link leads you to a site that looks as follows, where you need to click the “Register now” button:
After clicking the button, you get to the main registration site, where you need to fill in your information:
Please fill into the affiliation field the affiliation you want to have appear on your name badge if you attend onsite. The address here is not used for the credit card payment later, where the system will ask you for the address associated with the card. You can fill in the address of your affiliation if you want that to appear on your registration confirmation. At the end, please click the “Register” button, which brings you to a summary site:
Now, you are asked to proceed with payment through checkout by ticking the box about terms and conditions and clicking the “Checkout” button. Until you follow through with payment, the registration is not complete (and can still be canceled from your side).
After checkout, you get to a side, where you could choose a method of payment if there would be more than one. But since there is only one method (credit card), there is only one link to click. Unfortunately, there is a glitch in the programming, so you might find a German sentence there (“Zum Bezahlen klicken Sie bitte auf folgenden Link bezahlen”), which translates into “To pay, please click the following link: pay”.
Please follow the link, which leads you to the credit card payment. After completing the payment, you should be directed automatically back to the registration platform (it may take a moment), which now should show that your registration is complete with payment indicated as paid.
Along the line, you will get a confirmation email about your registration from the address of Gerlinde Steinhoff, which is one of the kind people from the University of Münster helping with administrative tasks.
